PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT TO US AT Zumbli NZ LIMITED (“Zumbli”).

We collect Personal Data when you voluntarily provide us with this information, such as (but not exclusively) when placing an order on the Site, establishing an account, contacting us, or signing up to receive emails about our latest products and services.

The Personal Data Zumbli processes, and associated Services and systems, may be housed on servers in various locations where Zumbli maintains servers or facilities, including New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the United States, and the EU. Please be aware that Personal Data we collect may be processed and stored in one or more of these locations. The data protection and privacy laws in these locations may offer a different level of protection than in your country/region, however, as noted earlier in this Privacy Policy, Zumbli takes steps, including through contracts, intended to ensure that the Personal Data it collects continues to be protected wherever it is located in a manner consistent with the standards of protection required under applicable law.

MANAGING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may use the Site without providing Personal Data.

In this event Zumbli would continue to send you emails concerning your account, including but not limited to emails re available upgrades, billing and payment information or outstanding balances on your account.

If you ask that Zumbli stops using, or sharing your Personal  Data we will try to honour that request. However Zumbli may by law, for financial, legal or technical reasons, need to retain records of your Personal Data for a period of time (up to 10 years).

SECURITY

Zumbli maintains reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures to minimize the risk of unauthorized loss, theft, copying, misuse, access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your Personal Data.

The governing law is the legislation of New Zealand.
